We know its a big commitment....

Our course is open for 90 days from enrollment, and each week, a new people process is covered. You can signup anytime, and join our weekly Q&A's wherever you are at! But if you want to wait, or need more time to get approval, drop your email below and we will send you any updates, weekly podcast episodes, and even a promotion or two a year that may be able to get you through the approval process.

What are we learning?

We will spend one week on each of the systems you need to scale and optimize your People Processes. At the end of each week, you will have learned the relevant laws and regulations that apply to your state and organized those into a compliance summary. You will also have learned the pros and cons of different system designs, reviewed best practices. From there, templates will help you create Standard Operating Procedures for each system in YOUR organization. In the last two weeks of the course we will combine what we have learned into a comprehensive employee handbook and people procesess guide for your organization.
